Interior Liner Panels in Brockville

The outside keeps the weather out. The inside still has work to do. Interior liners give walls and ceilings a clean, durable finish while helping protect the surfaces of buildings that see regular use. Perkins Metal Roofing supplies liner systems for agricultural, commercial, industrial and residential applications throughout Eastern Ontario, with options for everything from dairy barns and workshops to garages and storage facilities.

With steel, PVC, acoustic and specialty products available through Easy Building Products, we'll help you choose a liner based on the conditions inside your building, not simply how you want it to look.

Seven Ways to Finish the Inside

Different spaces put very different demands on their walls and ceilings. That's why there isn't one liner product for every building

1. G-Rib Liner

G-Rib interior liner is made from 29-gauge high-tensile steel and provides a sturdy, durable finish for interior walls and ceilings. The coating is formulated specifically for interior use, with resistance to mildew, blistering, peeling and flaking. Custom lengths can be cut to the inch up to 30 feet to help reduce or eliminate end laps.

2. D-Rib Liner

D-Rib provides the same 29-gauge high-tensile steel construction in a different rib profile. Its durability, dent resistance and minimal expansion and contraction make it a practical option for hardworking interiors where a clean metal finish is wanted.

3. R-Rib Liner

R-Rib adds another steel profile to the interior range, combining a finished appearance with the strength of 29-gauge high-tensile steel. Like the other steel liners, it can be custom cut to project requirements in lengths up to 30 feet.

4. Acoustic Liner Panel

Some buildings have another interior problem to solve: noise. EBP's perforated acoustic liner helps reduce sound by allowing some sound waves to pass through its small perforations and become trapped behind the panel while others are absorbed by the panel itself. It can make communication easier in noisy working spaces.

Acoustic liner panels are not recommended for damp or corrosive environments, including animal confinement areas, so we'll help determine whether this option suits your intended application.

5. Corrugated PVC Panel

Corrugated PVC provides an alternative for environments where moisture and corrosion are important considerations. It's particularly useful for agricultural applications and other interiors where conventional materials may deteriorate more quickly.

6. PVC Interlocking Panel

PVC interlocking panels provide a smooth, easy-to-clean interior surface and can be considered for spaces where moisture resistance and straightforward maintenance are priorities.

7. Vinyl Coated Plywood

Vinyl coated plywood provides another finishing option for interior walls and ceilings where a durable, washable surface is needed.

Barn, Garage, Shop or Storage Space?

Interior liners can work across a surprisingly broad range of buildings. We supply products for:

  • dairy barns and livestock facilities

  • agricultural buildings

  • workshops

  • detached garages

They can be incorporated into new construction or used to upgrade and finish an existing building.

The important part is matching the liner to what happens inside the space.

  • commercial buildings

  • industrial spaces

  • storage facilities

  • utility buildings

Farm Interiors Play by Different Rules

A dairy barn doesn't have the same interior conditions as a garage. Agricultural environments can involve moisture, humidity, regular cleaning and corrosive conditions that make product selection particularly important. PVC and other specialty liner products provide options for applications where traditional steel or conventional wall materials may not be suitable. Easy-to-clean surfaces can also make day-to-day maintenance more manageable in working agricultural spaces.

We'll consider how your building is used before recommending a product. And where a liner isn't suited to the environment, such as EBP's acoustic steel panel in damp or animal-confinement applications, we'll tell you.

A Finished Interior Does More Than Look Finished

Liners can transform the appearance of an unfinished wall or ceiling, but aesthetics are only part of their purpose.

A properly selected interior liner can:

  • protect wall and ceiling surfaces

  • provide a durable finished layer

  • make certain interiors easier to clean

  • help withstand everyday wear

  • brighten a working space

  • provide options suited to moisture-prone environments

  • reduce noise when an appropriate acoustic system is used

White steel interior panels are also commonly used to brighten structures because their painted surfaces reflect light efficiently.

Choosing an interior liner starts with the space itself. Is it a livestock facility where moisture is a concern? A workshop where you want a durable finished wall? A commercial building where appearance matters? A noisy work area where acoustic performance could help? Perkins Metal Roofing can walk you through the available products and recommend options based on the building's use, conditions, maintenance requirements and desired finish. We supply contractors, builders, farmers and property owners, so you can purchase your liner materials from us regardless of who's completing the installation.
